If you liveĀ at Surf East Condominium, you should have received anĀ important email blast on January 24, 2017. Below is the content of that email:

Dear Owners/Renters,

We still have a number of bikes that have not been tagged. In an effort to try and get all the bikes tagged, we will be extending the deadline to January 31st. Please see Ozzie to fill out the bike application and obtain a tag for your bike. As of February 1st any bike that is not tagged will be removed and stored until it is claimed (this includes all wall racks). If necessary, we will cut the chain so that the bike can be removed. We will keep the bikes in storage under lock and key for a period of no more than 45-days. If the bike is not claimed within the 45-days, it will either be thrown away or donated.

Again, we would like to remind you that the spaces will be given to owners first. If you are renting an apartment you must remove your bike(s), and they must be stored in your apartment. If there are any spaces left after they have been awarded to the owners, we will offer them to the renters. The spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Also, if you have a garage parking space, your bikes must be stored in your space not on the wall racks or in any of the bike racks.

If you have any questions please contact Ozzie or you may contact me at 631-270-3048 or at [email protected]

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Very truly yours,

John Bladel, Property Manager
