If you live at Stone Hill Manhasset, you should have received an important email blast on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Below is the content of that email:
Paving Update
The contractor plans to finish the milling and all other preparation work by the end of the week and begin paving on Monday, September 11th.
They will start on the circles (Arrowhead Court, Charney Court, Saxony Court and Woodcliff Court) which will be done on Monday and Tuesday, and then move on to the main roads beginning on Stone Hill Drive South by Saxony Court. The circles will be completely paved on Monday and Tuesday and the main roads will be done one side at a time. This will allow access to the main roads throughout the paving process. They expect to complete all of the paving in approximately 10-12 work days. Although the roads will be passable throughout the process, there will be short periods of time immediately after the paving is done (15-20 minutes) that you will not have access to your driveway.
There will be numerous workers, trucks and other equipment on the roads while the paving is being done. Please use extreme caution and obey any traffic control directions being given by the workers while this work is being done.
If you have any questions, please contact the management office at 631-270-3045.
Thank you
