Please be advised SQEAKY CLEAN has been contracted to power wash the condos the week of April 23^rd, weather permitting.

In preparation please directions below to ensure safe and satisfactory service.

• CLOSE ALL WINDOWS, AS ANY DAMAGES OCCURING FROM OPEN WINDOWS WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POWERWASHING COMPANY OR THE CONDO

• REMOVE ALL EXTERIOR HANGING OBJECTS (WINDCHIMES, FLAGS, ETC.)

Also, we are aware of the garbage that was left on the service road, it has been scheduled to be picked up and will be removed as soon as possible.
