TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGES AT HUNTINGTON
The Annual Meeting of the Villages at Huntington was held on Tuesday, May 15th.  Thank you to those who attended and for those who were unable to attend, we would like to share the following information with you.
Since no quorum was reached (80 ballots/proxies submitted), the five candidates whose names were on the ballot will fill the vacant seats.  In keeping with the by-laws, since there was no quorum, Andrea Picarella will be formally appointed by the Board at our first official meeting.  The two vacant seats will be filled by appointment from the Board.
If any residents would like to submit their names for consideration in filling the two vacant seats, please send an email by Monday, May 21, to [email protected], Christine Tonetti, Property Manager.
We will inform you of the complete new seven member board , as dictated by the by- laws, when all seats have been filled.
