If you live at The Villages West, you should have received an important email blast on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Below is the content of that email:

Villages West End of Summer 2017 Update

We hope everyone has had a healthy and relaxing summer! Work in the community never stops, however. We just wanted to keep you informed of some projects that were completed or are ongoing:

• tennis court repaired, new net and pickleball lines were added (hopefully we will see many of you out there using the new courts)
• playground re-mulched
• basketball court  hoop repaired
• street tree elevation
• cement work
• tree/plant removal and replacement where needed (new crepe myrtles on the front entrance island)
• irrigation/lawn issues
• security cameras installed at the clubhouse
• paver walkway from clubhouse to pool
• repairs on condos where needed
• new refrigerator purchased for clubhouse

Security profiles will be mailed out mid month and must be done annually and in a timely fashion.

We saw the arrival of many new residents and we welcome you and hope to meet you soon.

Thanks to all for a successful pool season and for keeping NAI and your board informed of any issues of concern. We take pride in our community and appreciate the efforts of all of our residents to help us maintain a high quality of living by abiding by our rules (speed limits, dog walking, garbage pickup, parking, etc).
